FROM MIKE’S KITCHEN TO YOURS

Michael grew up on a bio-dynamic farm in Switzerland where he learned the importance of organic farming and quality over quantity…a place where artisanal products are the norm, not a luxury. With this background he went to culinary school and eventually on to America to live in the land of his hero, Elvis Presley. He ended up in Beverly Hills cooking for a long list of celebrities and world-class entertainers. He cooked for such luminaries as Sydney Poitier, Frank Sinatra, Milton Berle, Sidney Sheldon, Kirk Douglas and Aaron Spelling. It was an exciting time indeed but he wanted more and he wanted to create something he could pass down to his children.

His passion for cooking took him to Thailand where he learned the art of blending fresh herbs and spices with coconut milk to create delectable curries. His fans and friends raved about his creations and that gave him the idea of bringing them to the Market. Mike’s Organic Curry Love was born out of a desire to raise the bar for prepared curries so busy people could enjoy a meal that is not just delicious and authentic, but also healthy.

What inspires him now is his family and together they’re on a mission to create more scrumptious and nutritious options for the health conscious gourmets of the world. En guete!
