Instructions  (Serves 2-4)
  1. In a wok, stir-fry the chopped onion with the Peanut oil over medium heat for about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the bell pepper and cook over medium heat for another 2 minutes.
  2. Add the Curry Love and bring to simmer.
  3. Add the potato cubes and garbanzo beans, mix, heat and serve with rice or some pita bread.

Tomato Coconut Curry Potato and Garbanzo Bean Casserole
CURRY LOVE INGREDIENT
TANTALIZING TOMATO COCONUT CURRY™
Ingredients
1 jar of Tantalizing Tomato Coconut Curry
2-3 Tsp peanut oil
1 onion, roughly chopped
1 Bell pepper cut into cubes or strips
2 medium sized russet potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes, and cooked in salted water till tender
1 can of cooked garbanzo beans (or take dried garbanzos and cook them according to instructions on the package)
